Terms of Use

1. Scope

朝暮有数 is provided by an independent developer for personal bookkeeping and payment tracking. It is not accounting, tax, investment or financial advice. Contact: daniel.ding117@gmail.com. Last updated: October 12, 2026.

2. Free features and AI

Basic manual bookkeeping, existing records, drafts and photo attachments remain available without an AI subscription. Only new AI voice processing requires an active subscription, eligible trial or Apple-confirmed grace period. AI can misunderstand speech, dates, amounts or categories. Review and correct every draft before saving. Photo recognition is not currently offered.

3. Monthly subscription and trial

AI bookkeeping is an Apple auto-renewable monthly subscription. The app displays the current local price supplied by Apple; the purchase confirmation sheet determines the applicable amount and currency. A seven-day free introductory trial is offered only when Apple confirms eligibility. Confirming the offer starts a subscription; after the trial it automatically renews at the displayed monthly price unless cancelled in time. If ineligible, the app displays the paid offer without a free trial.

4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Apple charges your Apple Account and manages renewal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends to avoid the next renewal. Use Settings → AI bookkeeping → Manage subscription, or Apple Account subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access lasts for the period Apple reports as valid. Deleting the app does not cancel payment. Restore purchases uses the same Apple Account. Billing, refunds and any effects on access are governed by Apple and applicable consumer rights.

5. Voluntary tips

“Buy the author a coffee” purchases are voluntary consumable tips. They do not unlock AI or other paid rights and are not subscriptions. Previously consumed tips are not restored as subscription entitlements.

6. Service and your data

AI requires connectivity and successful Apple entitlement verification. Service interruptions or failed verification may prevent new AI requests, while local records remain available. Keep backups and verify exports. Do not upload content you lack permission to use or use the service unlawfully. See the privacy policy for data handling and external providers.

7. Support and updates

Features and terms may change, with relevant changes reflected in the app or this page. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights. For help or a problem with the service, use the support page or contact daniel.ding117@gmail.com.
